Synopsis
The story takes place in 1999 a time when many people feared the world might end with the arrival of the new millennium. In the small city of Haeseong a young woman named Eun Chae Ni is trying to deal with her own personal struggles while living with her grandmother. Her ordinary life suddenly changes after a mysterious incident gives her unexpected supernatural abilities.
Things become even stranger when her neighbors Son Kyung Hoon and Kang Ro Bin also develop powers of their own. The problem is that none of them know how to control these abilities properly. Their powers often create more trouble than help leading to many funny and unpredictable situations. As mysterious disappearances begin happening around the city the unlikely trio joins forces with Lee Woon Jeong a strict civil servant from Seoul. Together they start investigating the strange events and slowly uncover a hidden conspiracy connected to a dangerous organization.

As the mystery surrounding Haeseong City finally comes to light, the group must face their biggest challenge yet. Despite their fears, mistakes, and imperfect powers, they work together to stop the threat that puts the city in danger.
